Piles cap treatment :
1. Base Cementitious Grout (TEC Cem Grout):
 - Purpose: To protect the foundation and cover the piles.
 - Application: Cast on the pile cap.
 - Benefit: Prevents the foundation from being exposed and adds a protective layer.

2. Waterproofing Termination:
 - Material: Epoxy grout (BCI Poxy Grout 252).
 - Application: Applied after the cementitious grout.
 - Benefit: Ensures the termination of waterproofing with a robust, durable layer.
